| Chapter 13 | Charlotte spells the word "Terrific" in her web, and Wilbur stands under it. Wilbur becomes an important pig. |
| Chapter 22 | Wilbur comes home from the fair with a Medal of Honor, and he watches Charlotte's children come out of the sack. Three of them stay to be his friends. |
You get the idea. Just continue to add chapter numbers and a sentence or so about each chapter. BUT, jot down your sentence(s) when you finish each chapter. If you wait to fill in your pre-outline after you finish the book, you won't remember all that you wanted to remember, and writing your rough and final copies for your teacher will take lots more time.
